薄膜表面装饰设备设计及其动力学分析

摘要 基于薄膜表面装饰工艺流程,对薄膜表面装饰贴膜设备进行整体设计,薄膜表面装饰设备主要包括换膜机构、模腔机构和加热机构。对上模腔和下模腔的顺序动作设计了一套液压系统,采用AMESim软件对其液压系统进行建模仿真分析并且验证其正确性,分析结果表明其具有较高的准确性。然后采用Adams软件对其模腔机构模型进行动力学仿真分析,并且采用AMESim软件和Adams软件对液压系统控制上模腔顺序动作进行联合仿真分析,分析结果表明其具有良好的控制效果。 The overall equipment of film surface decoration was designed based on the process principle. The film surface decoration equipment was composed of film-changing mechanism, cavity mechanism and heating mechanism. A hydraulic system was designed based on the serial action of upper cavity and lower cavity, the hydraulic system was analyzed and verified by adopting AMESim. The results show that the hydraulic system has high accuracy. The structure of cavity is was analyzed on dynamic by adopting Adams, and the serial action of upper cavity of hydraulic system was integrated by adopting AMESim and Adams. The analysis results show that it has satisfactory control effect.
