大型汽车保险杠注塑模具设计及浇注系统优化分析 被引量:13

摘要 针对某大型汽车前保险杠进行注塑模具设计,分析其结构特征,并给出初步工艺设置。利用Moldflow软件对其进行了模流分析,分析了塑件的注塑时间、最大锁模力、熔接痕等结果,给出了合理的热流道热嘴点位设计、热嘴时序控制工艺参数等,并将优化后的浇注系统设计引入模具设计当中。然后通过UG软件进行其整体模具设计,较为高效地完成了分模线的设置和斜顶、冷却系统、脱模机构等设计工作。 The injection mold for a front bumper of large automobile was designed, the structure characteristics of the front bumper were analyzed, and the preliminary process was set. Using Moldflow software, the injection time, maximum clamping force and welding scar were analyzed. The reasonable hot nozzle sites design and process parameters for hot sprue sequential-control were given, and the optimized gating system design was introduced into the mold design. Then the whole mold was designed by UG software. The setting of parting line and the design of the lifters, cooling system and demoulding mechanism were completed efficiently.
