国产高性能PBO纤维浸胶工艺影响因素研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用自制的聚对苯撑苯并二噁唑(PBO-AS)纤维,探讨了纤维含水率、胶液配方、胶液浓度、浸胶张力对纤维拉伸性能的影响。试验结果表明:采用环氧E51+三乙烯四胺作为胶液配方,将纤维含水率控制在10%左右,浸胶张力控制在500~1 000 c N,胶液质量分数控制在58%~65%之间,能使PBO纤维获得优异且稳定的力学性能。 As-spun(AS) poly-p-phenylenebenzobisoxazole(PBO) fibers used in this paper were prepared by China Bluestar Chengrand Chemical Co., Ltd. The factors, such as moisture content, resin formula, impregnating tension and resin content affected the tentile property were discussed in detail. It pointed out that resin formula of E51-triethylene tetramine was the best choice for PBO fiber. Also, to obtain excellent and stable performance, moisture content, impregnating tension and resin content should be controlled in the range of 10%, 500~1 000 c N, 58%~65%, respectively.
