摘要
为了更好地回收利用涤棉废旧面料,利用超声波加氢氧化钠溶液的方法对其进行活化处理,并采用正交试验法,通过方差分析得到优化的因素水平。结果表明:影响活化效果的因素主次关系为氢氧化钠浓度>超声波时间;优化的工艺为超声波时间1 h,氢氧化钠质量分数为25%;活化面料中的涤纶表面有明显的损伤。
In order to recycle waste fabrics, the methods of ultrasonic and sodium hydroxide solution were used to activating treat waste polyester-cotton fabrics. Orthogonal experiment method was adopted, and the optimized factor levels were obtained based on the variance analysis. The results indicated that sodium hydroxide solution was the main effect, the using time of ultrasonic was secondary factor. The optimized activation process was sodium hydroxide concentration 25% and ultrasonic time 1 h.
