摘要 采用14.76 tex的腈纶、黏胶混纺纱与8.33 tex/144 f的涤纶长丝和3.33 tex的氨纶交织,开发多组分吸湿发热针织内衣面料。对面料开发进行技术探讨,并确定主要产品的织物结构为纬编花色两线衬垫组织,详细介绍其编织工艺、织物结构特征、染整工艺等。其中,特别采用筒子纱染色与织物染色相结合工艺路线,从而保证涤纶、腈纶、黏胶3种原料的色泽一致性。开发的面料具有良好的吸湿发热性,其弹性、柔软性佳,有利于提升吸湿发热秋冬针织内衣的品质。 The paper develops moisture-absorbing and heat-generating Multi-fiber knitted fabric by using 14.76 tex acrylic and viscose blended yarn, 8.33 tex/144 f polyester filament and 3.33 rex spandex. It discusses the tech- nology of fabric development, determines the fabric structure of the main products that is the weft fancy of two- yarn fleecy stitch, and introduces in detail the knitting technology, the structure feature and the dyeing and finish- ing technology. In order to keep the color consistency of polyester, acrylic and viscose, it uses the cheese dyeing and fabric dyeing processing route for multi-fiber knitted fabric. The developed fabric is moisture-absorbing and heat-generating, elasticity and soft, and it is conducive to improve quality of autumn and winter knitted underwear.
