摘要 为提高电磁阀的性能,利用Ansoft Maxwell软件建立电磁阀的3D有限元模型,并运用该模型进行电磁场静态仿真分析。研究永磁体组件在两个关键位置上所受电磁力随电磁阀的线圈安匝数、永磁体材料等级、铁芯直径、永磁体与铁芯之间的气隙宽度这4个参数变化的曲线。依据仿真分析结果,结合电磁阀实际结构、工作稳定性等情况,最终选择电磁阀的优化设计参数为线圈安匝数102安匝,永磁体等级使用N48H,铁芯直径2.5 mm,气隙宽度0.5 mm。 In order to improve the performance of the solenoid valve, the 3D finite element model of solenoid valve is established by using Ansoft Maxwell software, and the electromagnetic field is analyzed based on the finite element analysis. The electromagnetic force curves of permanent magnet components on two key positions by four parameters are investigated, including ampere turns, permanent magnetic material grade, diameter of the iron core and the air gap width between the iron core and permanent magnetic material. Considering the simulation results and combining the structure of the solenoid valve and the working stability, the optimal design parameters are de- termined, i.e., the ampere turns is 102, the diameter of the iron core is 2.5 mm , the permanent magnetic materi- al grade is NH48 and the air gap width is 0.5 mm.
