纬编增强材料拉伸性能影响因素分析

摘要 在相同材料及编织工艺的情况下,采用龙星电脑横机编织度目和拼纱根数不同的双反面和罗纹空气层纬编针织增强材料织物,分别对其纵横向进行拉伸测试,并用Design-Expert软件对试验数据做响应面分析,讨论度目及拼纱根数对两种织物拉伸性能的影响。结果表明:双反面的纵横向模型比空气层好;度目与拼线根数对两种组织的应力影响均显著,均随度目的增大而减小,随拼纱根数的增加而增加;在研究范围内可选出最佳的编织参数。 By using the same material and under the same knitting condition, the purl stitch and milano rib stitch weft knitted fabric as reinforced material with different stitches and yarn numbers are knitted on Longxing computerized knitting machine, and the vertical and horizontal tensile properties are tested. In addition, the experi- mental data has been analyzed for the response surface by using Design-Expert software, and it also discusses the influence of different stitches and yarn numbers on tensile property of weft knitted fabrics. The results indicates that the vertical and horizontal model of the purl stitch is better than the milano rib stitch, and two factors affect two structures observably and similarly, the stress decreases with stitch increasing and the stress increases with yarn number increasing, and the optimized knitting parameters can be determined.
