仿麂皮绒织物开纤、染色一浴一步法新工艺 被引量:1

One Bath One Step Process of Splitting and Dyeing of Suede Fabric

摘要 黑丝海岛超细纤维仿麂皮绒织物通常先在碱性条件下开纤,之后在酸性条件下染色。本文采用HA型高耐碱系列分散染料和耐碱分散剂JX-D,实现黑丝海岛超细纤维仿麂皮绒织物碱性条件下开纤、染色一浴一步法新工艺。测试并分析了HA型高耐碱系列分散染料的耐碱性能及开纤、染色一浴一步法新工艺染色后织物色牢度,并与传统工艺生产成本进行了对比。结果表明,开纤、染色一浴一步法新工艺染出产品匀染性好,乌黑度高,色光稳定,各项色牢度达到客户要求;同时一浴一步法新工艺缩短了工艺流程,实现了节能减排。 The traditional process of island superfine fiber suede fabric was splitted under alkaline conditions and dyeing under acid conditions. In this paper, HA alkali-resistant disperse dyes and high temperature alkali-re- sistant dispersing agent JX-D were used for island superfine fiber suede fabric splitting and dyeing in one bath. Al- kali resistant of HA alkali-resistant disperse dye and the color fastness of fabric dyed by splitting and dyeing in one bath were tested and analyzed. And the cost of splitting and dyeing in one bath was compared with that of tra- ditional a dyeing process. The results show that leveling property of fabric dyed the one bath process is better with high blackening and stable shade, and the color fastness satisfies the requirement of customers. And the one bath process shortens the process and achieves energy conservation and emission reduction.
