摘要
为提高甲醛含量检测的精密度,采用最常用甲醛测试方法GB/T 2912.1—2009《纺织品甲醛的测定第1部分:游离和水解的甲醛(水萃取法)》在不同萃取时间下对纺织品水解甲醛含量进行了测试,并用minitab进行了回归分析。结果表明:样品的萃取时间与水解甲醛的释放量呈正相关,并且对样品最终检测结果有较大影响;纺织品在120 min内水解甲醛的释放量呈二次方程特性,因此在日常检测中使用水萃取法进行纺织品甲醛含量测定时,应严格控制萃取时间,以降低试验不确定度,提高试验的精密度。
In order to improve the precision of detecting formaldehyde, in the standard of GB/T 2912.1-2009 "textiles determination of formaldehyde-Part 1: free and hydrolyzed formaldehyde (water extraction method)" which is the most commonly used testing method of formaldehyde in textiles, the extraction time on the determination of hydrolyzed formaldehyde was studied, and analyzed by Minitab. The results show that the extraction time is posi- tively correlated with the amount of the released formaldehyde, and has greatly affected the final test results. The re- lease amount of formaldehyde in textiles hydrolysis within 120 minutes shows a quadratic equation, therefore in the daily testing by using water extraction method for formaldehyde content determination in textiles, it's necessary to strictly control the extraction time, to reduce the experimental uncertainty and improve the precision of the experiment.
