摘要
等速万向联轴器驱动轴在汽车传动系统中起着重要作用,其运动特性影响着汽车性能的好坏以及汽车的安全性。对此通过运动学仿真分析,求出各主要零部件的运动仿真结果,得出滑块在槽壳轨道轴线方向的运动量最大,是主要的运动部件;然后在ANSYS Workbench进行静力学仿真分析,通过新型等速万向联轴器驱动轴的应力、应变以及总变形情况,可知该等速万向联轴器驱动轴的危险部件及危险部位集中在三叉杆上。因此,需要增加它的强度,从而提高汽车用新型等速万向联轴器驱动轴的安全性。
The drive shaft of the constant velocity universal coupling plays an important role in the automobile transmission system,and its motion characteristics affect the performance and the safety of the vehicle.In this research,the motion simulation results of the main parts were obtained through the kinematics simulation analysis,which showed that the slider was the main moving parts with its amount of movement in the direction of the shell axis orbit being the largest;and then,the static simulation analysis on ANSYS Workbench was carried out in terms of the stress,the strain,and the total deformation of the new type constant velocity universal joint drive shaft,which showed that the tripod was the dangerous part of the shaft.Therefore,the strength of the tripod should be increased to improve the safety of the driving shaft of the new type constant velocity universal coupling.
