马克思重建个人所有制理论再研究——兼论“以人民为中心”发展生产关系的建立

The Further Study of Marx's Rebuilding of Individual Ownership Theory——On the Establishment of Production Relations of Taking People as the Center

以人民为中心的发展思想是马克思人的自由全面发展思想的体现。马克思的重建劳动者个人所有制,在形式和内容上都属于非剥削的私有制,它是在社会主义条件下和公有制基础上实现的。马克思在论述重建个人所有制时,只是描述了未来社会所有制的框架,并未对自由人联合体中的劳动者结合方式、占有形式以及权力配置作出清晰阐述,也未对未来社会劳动者个人所有制的实现形式和实现途径提出明确的规律和系统性讨论。应进一步研究马克思重建个人所有制思想,以丰富和发展马克思主义,推进马克思主义中国化,坚持以马克思理论为指导完善社会主义市场经济的生产关系。劳动者个人所有制的重建与社会主义公有制并不矛盾,而是在社会主义规范下更高形式的辩证统一:重建个人所有制是社会主义生产关系的基础,只有实现以人民为中心的发展,才能使人民拥有足够的财富、生产要素和自主权,才能真正建立起符合社会主义性质的生产关系。

The thought of ＂Taking People as the Center＂ is the expression of the Marxist free and comprehensive development of human. Marx＇s rebuilding of individual ownership theory is a kind of non-exploitation ownership in both form and content, it is built based on socialism and public ownership. In Marx＇s rebuilding of individual ownership theory, the framework of the future social ownership is described, but the way of labor combination, occupation and power allocation of free man union are not well described, and the way and form of future individual ownership realization is not well discussed. Therefore, we have to further study on Marx＇s rebuilding of individual ownership theory, so as to develop the Marxism, promote the localization of Marxism in China, and perfect the socialist market economy based on Marxism as the guidance. The rebuilding individual ownership of labors and socialism public ownership are not contradictory, but are unified. It is a kind of dialectical integration under the socialism： Rebuilding of individual ownership is the basis of socialist productive relations, only taking people as the center can the people have wealth, production and rights,so as to establish a truly socialist productive relations.
