摘要
将资本主义的市场经济部件"安装"在社会主义经济体制上,客观的结果是生产和分配由公有资本与私人资本双导。文章从双导型生产和分配的逻辑起点出发,设计双导型生产和分配下社会成员生存与发展测度体系,该体系由状态识别、体制特征、生存、发展和过程管理五个方面组成,突出对象化设计理念,彰显了分析数据的可靠性和公允性。通过该体系可测度社会成员的生存与发展现状和趋势。文章抛砖了双导型生产和分配下社会成员生存与发展测度体系,引玉了双导型生产和分配下社会成员生存与发展测度的新方向。
The capitalist market economy is ＂Installed＂ on the socialist economic system, the objective results is that the production and distribution are double-dominated by the state-owned capital and private-owned capital. This paper starts from its logical starting point, designs the system of the measurement of society members＇ survival and development under double-dominated production and distribution. The system is consists of state recognition, institutional characteristics, survival, development and process management. It is an orderly system featured in object-oriented design. It analyzes the data mainly from the financial statements, and thus reliable and fair.The system can measure the survival and development of society members. This paper puts forward the measurement system under the double-dominated production and distribution, then points out a new direction for its development.
