我国未来区域经济一体化战略研究

Study on Regional Economic Integration Strategy of China's Future Regional Development

区域经济一体化是区域经济发展的趋势,回顾我国区域发展战略过程,地方政府区域发展战略发展规划的话语权逐步增大,发展战略内容日益多维,市场力量逐渐主导运行机制,具有明显的变化。目前我国正在推进的区域协调发展战略还存在制度创新让位于政策优惠、区域发展战略碎片化严重、发展战略对解决区域非协调发展因素不力、区域发展战略过于追求效率目标等问题。借鉴发达国家区域经济一体化发展经验,应从国家层面规划区域经济一体化发展战略,将公平协调作为未来区域发展战略的重要内容,完善相关法律制度环境,形成区域经济一体化战略实施合力,加速推进区域经济一体化进程。

Regional economic integration is the trend of regional economic development. By reviewing the development process of China＇s regional strategy, it is found that local government regional development strategic development plan of the discourse power gradually is increased, content of development strategy is increasingly become multidimensional and market forces gradually dominate the running mechanism. At present, there are still problems in the processes of China promoting the strategy of regional coordinated development, such as system innovation is underneath the preferential policy, regional development strategy fragmentation, development strategy is poor to solve regional non-coordinated development factors, regional development strategy over pursuit efficiency. By learning experience of developed countries＇ regional economic integration development, we should make good planning of regional economic integration development strategy from the national level, take fair coordination as an important content in the future regional development strategy, improve the relevant legal system environment, so as to implement the regional economic integration strategy and accelerate the regional economic integration.
