电信服务贸易作为贸易经济的一种,在国际经贸合作中显得越来越重要。文章首先对中国电信服务贸易的发展现状进行研究,进而深入分析了其发展过程中存在的问题,并针对这些问题提出了完善基础设施、优化市场结构;改善法律环境、改革管理体制;推进控股参股模式、扩大开放合作力度以及加强资金技术投入,采取适当贸易保护措施等对策,以促进我国电信服务贸易持续健康发展。

Telecommunication service trade as a trading economy in the international economic and trade cooperation has become increasingly important. Firstly, the status of the development of trade in telecommunication services in China is detailed studied, and then the process of its development problems are analyzed, and then effective measures for solving these problems are put forward, such as perfect the infrastructure, optimize the market structure, improve legal environment, management system reform, promote shareholding pattern, expand open cooperation, capital and technology investment, in order to promote the sustained and healthy development of trade in telecommunication service in China.
