摘要
产城融合是促进产业园健康发展的有效路径,它体现在制造业与服务业融合、居住与就业融合、生产与生活融合、产值与环境融合等方面。作为武汉工业倍增园之一,常福工业园存在诸多产城发展不匹配的问题。文章以此为例,从优化产业体系、配套服务、市政设施、生态环保和文化共享等五个方面,提出产业园区的转型升级政策。
Industry-City integration is a really effective path of the industrial parks development. It is reflected in the integration of manufacturing and service, integration of residence and employment, integration of production and life, the integration of value-added and environmental. As one of the Wuhan Industrial doubled Park, Changfu still has lots of problems. Based on Changfu as example, there are five policy suggestions, such as the optimization of industrial systems, life support services, municipal facilities, environmental protection and cultural sharing.
