当前发达国家主导的TTP、TTIP、BIT、TISA正在加快制定,这些高标准的投资贸易规则将重构世界贸易投资规则,并对中国开放型经济产生持续而重大的影响。中国既存在被边缘化的危险,也有以此为契机提升自主开放的重要机遇。中国需形成开放促改革的态势,主动参与世界贸易投资新规则的制定,加快国内自由贸易试验区建设,形成面向全球的高标准自由贸易区网络,以更高层次的开放完善中国开放型经济的发展。

The developed countries dominated TTP, TTIE BIT, TISA is accelerating, these high standards of investment trade rules will reshape the world trade rules, and the continuous and significant impact on China＇s open economy. There are both danger and being marginalized for China, but also opportunities for promoting open economy. China needs to form the opening-up reform, actively participate in the development of world trade and investment regulation, speed up the construction of free trade zone and form a global network, so as to open and improve China＇s open economy with higher standards.
