低碳经济环境下中国出口贸易发展的路径研究

China's Export Trade Development Path Under Low Carbon Economy

二氧化碳排放过量导致环境污染日益严重,低碳经济日益成为各国实现经济持久健康发展的优先选择,它将改变人类的生产生活方式。发展低碳经济对中国的现状来说既是机遇也是重大的挑战。文章在对低碳经济相关概念和理论基本了解的基础之上,简明分析低碳环境发展大潮下,国际贸易对我国出口贸易的影响。文章最后提出了制定和实施低碳贸易总体战略、完善贸易环境法规和认证体系、加快产业结构升级与优化出口产品结构以及优化能源结构以减少碳排放量等对策,以促进中国经济结构健康转型。

Excessive carbon dioxide emissions lead to increasingly serious environmental pollution. The development of low-carbon economy is becoming the priority of the long-term development of the national economies in every country. The low-carbon economy will change the human life. Development of low-carbon economy in China is both an opportunity and a major challenge. This paper, based on the low-carbon economy-related concepts and theories, analyzes the impact of international trade on China＇s export trade under the low-carbon development environment. Relevant suggestions are put forward： propose the whole strategies of low carbon trading, perfect the trading law and regulation, accelerate the industrial upgrade and optimize export production structure as well as emissions reduction, so as to promote healthy transformation of China＇s economic structure.
