摘要
目的挖掘名中医贺玥治疗月经不调及痛经的用药规律。方法收集贺玥治疗月经不调及痛经的处方，采用《医案大数据分析系统》软件构建数据库，采用频数分析、关联规则分析方法进行数据挖掘，确定处方的核心药物及药物间的关联规则等。结果共收集处方995张，包含中药155种。其中使用频率较高的药物包括当归、泽兰、黄芪、丹参、红花等；频次较高的药物组合包括“红藤、败酱草”“五灵脂、蒲黄”等。结论贺玥治疗月经不调及痛经的常用治法为活血化瘀、凉血止血、扶正固本、疏肝理气、温经散寒等。
Objective To study the Chinese medicine expert He Yue＇s regularity of treating irregular menstruation and dysmenorrhea. Method The 995 prescriptions of treating irregular menstruation and dysmenorrhea by He Yue were analyzed. The medical cases big data analysis system was used for the data mining about the medication rules. The analysis methods includeds, including the frequency analysis, association rule analysis, and the data mining for core drugs. Results There were 155 drugs from the 995 prescriptions. The most frequency of drugs were angelica, zeeland, astragalus root, red sage root, safflower; and the commonly used combined drugs included sargentgloryvine stem and herba patriniae, trogopterus dung and pollen typhae. Conclusions The treatment principle was promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis, cooling blood to stop bleeding, soothing the liver and regulating qi, warming Jing to remove cold.
