连续排班对新生儿重症监护病房护理质量的影响

Effect of APN Consecutive Scheduling on Nursing Quality in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit

目的探讨连续排班对新生儿重症监护病房护理质量的影响。方法新生儿重症监护病房自2015年3月至2016年3月实施连续排班,回顾性分析连续排班的方法和措施,比较排班前后交接班时间、护理质量及家属护理满意度的变化。结果连续排班实施后,交接班时间短于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在护理文书、安全管理、消毒隔离、基础护理等护理质量方面的评分均高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。患儿家属在健康教育、人文关怀、质量及安全、服务可及性的护理满意度高于排班前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论连续排班能够提高新生儿重症监护病房的护理质量,减少交接班时间,改善家属护理满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of ANP consecutive scheduling on nursing quality in neonatal intensive care unit（NICU）. Methods Carried out ANP consecutive scheduling in NICU from March 2015 to March 2016. Reviewed the measures of ANP consecutive scheduling and compared the changes of shift time, nursing quality and nursing satisfaction of family members before and after the implementation of ANP consecutive scheduling. Results After the implementation of ANP consecutive scheduling, the shift time was shorter and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The scores of nursing quality on the nursing documents, safety management, disinfection, isolation and basic nursing were higher than before, which showed statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Families＇ nursing satisfaction on health education, humanistic care, quality, safety and service accessibility was significantly higher than before and the difference was statistically significant（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion ANP consecutive scheduling could improve the nursing quality of NICU, reduce shift time and improve nursing satisfaction of family members.
