Effect of Six Sigma Management on the Quality of Clinical Biochemistry Examination

目的探究6σ标准管理制度(Six Sigma quality management system)对临床生化检验质量的影响效果。方法选取2015年5月至2016年5月我院就诊的2100例患者作为研究对象,以2015年12月为节点将所有患者分为对照组(常规管理制度)及观察组(6σ标准管理制度)各1050例,在抽取其空腹静脉血并做血清分离后进行临床生化检验,对比两种管理制度下临床生化检验质量。结果对照组标本合格σ值3.48、21项目平均σ值3.22、临床反馈σ值3.05、患者抱怨σ值6.15,观察组各项σ值分别为6.05、8.02、6.10、4.55,临床生化检验质量得到了显著提升。结论 6σ标准管理制度的实施显著提升了临床生化检验质量,可以作为目前持续质量改进的优选方法,值得在今后临床检验工作中推广使用。

Objective To explore the effect of Six Sigma quality management system on the quality of clinical biochemistry examination. Methods 2,100 patients treated in Fenghua Hospital from May 2015 to May 2016 were randomly divided into control group（regular quality management system） and experimental group（Six Sigma quality management system）, with 1050 patients in each group. The fasting venous blood was drawn and centrifuged for clinical biochemistry examination. The quality of clinical biochemistry examination was compared between the two groups. Results In the control group, the sigma-level of defect rate, the average value for 21 items, critical value and patient complaint rate were 3.48, 3.22, 3.05, and 6.15 respectively, while the sigma-level of each value in the experimental group were 6.05, 8.02, 6.10 and 4.55 respectively with significant improvement. Conclusion Six Sigma quality management system could significantly improve the quality of clinical biochemistry examination. As the preferred method for the continuous quality improvement, it was worth the popularization and use in clinical laboratory work in the future.
