摘要
学生能积极地自主学习是高校形势与政策课程教学监控的目标,但当前的监控机制与此目标的匹配度并不高,表现在:监控机制总体上重"规范"轻"自主";重监督和强制,轻尊重和激励;重被动理论接受,轻主动实践训练。以自主学习为目标,完善和优化形势与政策教育课程监控机制当从四个方面着手:创新课程监控理念,完善课程监控机构,厘清监控机构职责,优化监控方法手段。
The goal of situation and policy course teaching monitoring is to let students learn autonomously, yet the matching degree of current monitoring mechanism and the goal is not high. The monitoring mechanism generally attaches more importance to specification than independence, attaches more importance to monitoring and enforcement than respect and incentive, and attaches more importance to theory acceptance than practical training. With the goal of autonomous learning, it should innovate course monitoring concept, improve course monitoring agency, clarify the responsibility of monitoring agency and optimize monitoring methods to perfect the monitoring mechanism of situation and policy education course.
