熵、耗散结构在编辑工作管理中的应用

Application of Entropy and Dissipative Structure in the Management of Editing Work

熵和耗散结构理论引入到编辑工作的管理中,其目的使管理熵在结构功能上对编辑工作管理系统进行良性优化及内外协调;耗散结构理论则演示了对编辑工作的管理实质上是一个降熵的过程。在此基础上,运用耗散结构理论原理对编辑工作管理系统进行了动态分析,并提出了提高编辑工作管理效益应采取的具体措施。

Entropy and dissipative structure theory is introduced into management of editing work to aim at optimization and coordination of benign editing work management system on structure and function of management entropy. Dissipative structure theory demonstrating the essence of editing management is a process of entropy reduction. On this basis,by using theory of dissipative structure,dynamic analysis of the editing work management system is carried out,and put forward are some concrete measures to improve the management efficiency of editing work.
