某热电厂浸没式超滤(SMF)系统运行及设计的优化研究

摘要 从膜池进水方式、膜池进水阀门控制、化学清洗加药计量泵选型、合理设定运行周期等4个方面对某热电厂浸没式超滤系统的设计与运行进行了优化分析研究,并提出了相应的优化及运行建议,使得浸没式超滤系统运行更安全、更经济、更高效,为今后类似超滤系统的设计、建设和运行提供重要的参数和经验借鉴。 The design and operation of submerged uhrafiltration system in a thermal power plant were optimised and studied by water feeding pattern of membrane cisterna,water feeding valve control of membrane cisterna, model selec- tion of chemical cleaning feed metering pump, setting reasonable operation period. At the same time, the correspond- ing optimization and operation suggestion was put forward. It made the submerged ultrafihration system more secure, more economical and more efficient and provided important parameters and experience for the design, construction and operation of the similar uhrafiltration system in the future.
