克伤痛气雾剂抛射剂替代研究

摘要 目的:优选抛射剂及用量,制备以四氟乙烷为抛射剂的中药克伤痛气雾剂。方法:以喷射速率、喷出量作为评价指标,对抛射剂及用量进行优化,对成品进行低温、加速稳定性试验。结果:对以四氟乙烷为抛射剂生产的克伤痛气雾剂产品进行加速稳定性试验,结果显示,产品质量稳定,符合气雾剂制剂要求。结论:所选抛射剂性能稳定可靠,适合克伤痛气雾剂的生产。 Objective: To choose a propellant and to determine the amount of the propellant used in an aerosol named by Keshantong. Methods: The propellant and the amount of the propellant were optimized by assessing injection rate and discharging rate. The finished product was analyzed by a low temperature test and accelerated stability test. RESULTS: In the accelerated stability test of Keshangtong aerosol,the product with tetrafluoroethane as a propellant showed satisfying quality. Conclusions: The Propellant we have chosen is stable and reliable,which is suitable for the production of Keshangtong aerosol.
