摘要 采用硝酸-高氯酸对芦笋茎秆进行消化处理,经6 mol/LHCL和硼氢化钾溶液还原得到产物——硒化氢,通过高纯氩气将其导入石英管中进行原子化,在196 nm波长下测定微量元素硒。结果表明:芦笋茎秆中硒元素测定的线性回归方程为y=0.002 5x+0.003 9,相关系数R^2=0.990 4,线性范围为5~40 ng/m L,硒元素平均含量为58.6 ng/100 g,加标回收率为97.65%。 This paper took the asparagus stem as raw material, which was digested by nitric acid and perchloric acid.It used the high purity argon to introducehydrogen selenide obtained by reduction of 6mol/L HCL and potassium borohydride into a quartz tube atomizer. And Selenium of asparagus rod was measured at 196nm. The measurement results were: linear regression equation for the determination of selenium in asparagus stems was y=0.0025x+0.0039, correlation coefficient was R2=0.9904, and linear range was 5~40 ng/mL. The average content of selenium was 58.6 ng / 100 g, and the recoveries were 97.65%.
