2015年某三甲医院住院患者复印病案情况统计分析

Statistic Analysis on the Medical Records Duplication Situation of Inpatients in a Class A and Tertiary Hospital in 2015

目的了解复印病案的住院患者的基本特征和科室病种分布,为提高服务效率提供线索。方法采用描述性统计方法,统计已复印的人次数,构成比等,计算平均每天的工作量,并分科分析病种分布。构成比差异分析分别采用卡方检验和秩和检验。结果 2015年全年复印病案人次数占全院出院人次数的36.17%,平均每工作日复印病案人次数为69.09,男女比例为1.12:1,以中年人和老年人为主,主要病种以恶性肿瘤化疗为主。结论根据不同月份工作量,合理安排人员;根据患者特征,有针对性的提供服务;根据科室和病种复印比例,制定复印方案,可以有效的提高病案复印工作效率。

Objectives To understand the basic characteristics and the distribution of the medical records of inpatients, and provide clues for improving the efficiency of service. Methods Descriptive statistical method was used to count the number of copies of the people, constituted the ratio and so on, calculated the average daily workload, and the distribution of diseases. Chi square test and rank sum test were used to analyze the difference. Results In 2015 as a whole, the medical records duplication number of people accounted for hospital discharge 36.17% of the whole number, with an average per working day for copying the medical record number 69.09, male to female ratio was 1.12：1, mainly middle-aged and young elderly, main diseases in the chemotherapy of malignant tumor. Conclusions We should make reasonable arrangements for personnel according to the workload of different months, and provide targeted services according to the characteristics of the patients, and formulate a duplication program according to the department and the proportion of copies so as to improve the efficiency of medical records duplication.
