PBL教学法结合循证医学在肾内科教学查房中的应用

The Application of Problem-based Learning Teaching Method Combined with Evidence-based Medicine in the Clinical Teaching Rounds of Nephrology Department

教学查房是将理论知识应用于临床实践工作的重要教学方式,PBL教学法联合循证医学教学模式是以PBL教学方法为主体,辅以循证医学的理念,指导学生在研究和解决临床问题的过程中运用循证医学的手段和证据来探究结果,本文将PBL联合循证医学教学模式应用于肾内科教学查房中,并采用了微信方式对参与人员进行调查,结果显示:绝大多数参与者对PBL教学法结合循证医学教学模式的接受和认可程度较高。PBL教学法联合循证医学教学模式改变了学习观念和学习方法,有助于培养学生自主学习能力;培养了临床实践思维能力,有利于提高科学创新能力;培养了学生医患沟通意识,有利于提高医学生的职业素质。

Clinical teaching rounds is an important teaching method in which theoretical knowledge is applied in the clinical practices. PBL combined Evidence-based medicine teaching method, which is centered by PBL and supplemented with Evidence-based medicine ideas, provides instructions for students to adopt this method in the process of doing researches and solving problems in order to generate the results.In this essay, PBL combined Evidence-based medicine is applied in the ward-round teaching in nephrology department, and it adopts We Chat to investigate participants, showing that this teaching method is highly accepted and approved by most participants. PBL combined Evidence-based medicine has modified the learning values and approaches, which helps to foster an autonomous learning ability; has cultivated the thinking ability for clinical practices,which promotes scientific innovation; has built students＇ awareness for stronger doctor-patient communication,which benefits the improvement of students＇ professional qualities.
