肝胆外科临床见习带教效果的探讨 被引量:9

摘要 肝胆外科疾病复杂,危重症患者比例高,临床见习很难取得满意效果,所以医学生和带教老师应注意见习前的准备工作;在临床见习带教过程中,老师要着重对学生引导,通过典型病例增强学生对肝胆胰常见病的理解;运用多媒体促进学生对肝胆胰疾病临床表现尤其是影像学表现的感性认识;鼓励学生参与全科病例讨论,培养肝胆胰疑难疾病个体化诊治理念;强化基本操作训练,增强动手能力;注重素质教育,提高医学素养。这样利用多种手段,全方位多层次提高医学生临床见习效果,为以后进一步学习打下坚实基础。 Clinical practice is the first step to link theory and practice for medical students. It is important to improve the clerkship. It is difficult to get a satisfactory result during the clerkship due to complicated cases of hepatopancreatobiliary diseases and a high ratio of critical patients. Both the teachers and the medical students should prepare for the clerkship. Moreover, the teacher should guide the students during clinical clerkship based on the presentation of typical cases to improve their understanding of common diseases, the application of multimedia teaching to increase their memory of clinical feature, the participation of case discussion to cultivate the way of thinking, the training of elemental skills and the cultivation of medical professionalism, and use all the methods available in an effort to achieve a greater effect. Therefore, the medical students can lay a solid foundation for their future medical learning.
