标准化病人在妇产科临床实习教学中的应用 被引量:14

Application of Standardized Patients in Clinical Practice Teaching of Obstetrics and Gynecology Department

摘要 目的探讨标准化病人(SP)在妇产科临床教学中的应用意义及其可行性。方法选择2012年9月-2014年6月某医科大学七年制临床医学专业五年级进入生产实习阶段的两个班共70名学生进行妇产科临床教学。其中一个班设为对照组(即传统教学组)37人,另一个班设为实验组(即SP教学组)33人。课程结束后通过临床综合能力测试、问卷调查比较两组学生的成绩及其对教学的满意度。结果 SP教学组学生临床五站式考核成绩(89.18±7.725)明显高于传统教学组(81.99±8.142),两者具有显著性差异(P<0.001)。SP教学组学生医患沟通考核成绩(88.576±5.557)明显高于传统教学组(79.40±5.368),两者具有显著性差异(P<0.001)。结论标准化病人教学模式可提高临床教学效果。学生对SP顺应性好评价度高。SP在妇产科教学中具有可行性。 Objective To explore the significance and feasibility of applying standardized patients in clinical practice teaching of obstetrics and gynecology department. Methods A total of 70 students come from Capital Medical University were chosen for standardized patients teaching in clinical obstetrics and gynecological practice teaching. One class was set to "traditional teaching group"(n=37), the other was " SP teaching group"(n=33). The traditional teaching method and the SP teaching method were adopted respectively. Students' achievement and their satisfaction in teaching were compared between two groups after the course by clinical comprehensive ability test and questionnaire survey. Results Clinical comprehensive ability test results of the SP teaching grouper(89.18±7.725) were significantly higher than the traditional teaching group's(81.99±8.142)(P〈 0.001). Communication faculty test showed that SP teaching group(88.576 + 5.557) was significantly higher than the traditional teaching group(79.40 + /- 5.368)(P 〈 0.001). Students of SP teaching group were willing to accept the SP. Thus high praise was given to SP. Conclusions The standardized patients teaching mode could improve the clinical teaching effect, the students showed well adaptability to SP and gave high evaluation on them. SP had feasibility in clinical practice teaching of obstetrics and gynecology department.
