健康管理对子痫前期患者产后随访率的影响

Influence of Health Management on the Follow-up Rate of Preeclampsia Patients After Delivery

目的探讨产科实施健康管理对子痫前期(PE)患者产后随访率的影响。方法收集2010年8月-2013年12月在某院分娩的具有PE病史的产妇共216例,试验组75例除了接受住院护理干预,出院后由专职护士建立健康档案、电话随访等措施进行护理干预,对照组141例仅接受住院护理干预。对两组产后6个月的随访率进行统计分析,调查内容包括年龄、文化程度、经济收入、工作性质、吸烟饮酒史、高血压家族史,以及饮食、活动、情绪、自我监测血压的频率等。结果产后6个月两组随访率实验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。两组年龄、文化程度、经济收入、工作性质、吸烟饮酒史、高血压家族史差异无统计学意义,随访影响因素包括饮食、情绪、运动、每日监测血压频率的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论出院后健康管理能提高产妇的随访率及对疾病的重视程度,从而改善其生活质量。

Objective To investigate the influence of health management on the follow-up rate of preeclampsia patients after delivery in obstetrical department. Methods To collect 216 cases of maternal patients with history of PE in our hospital from August 2010 to December 2013, the experimental group 75 cases received nursing intervention in hospital and established health records telephone follow-up measures after discharge. The control group 141 cases received only in the hospital nursing intervention. To conduct a statistical analysis on the follow-up rate of the two groups after 6 months, investigation contents included age, cultural level, income, job history, smoking, drinking, family history of high blood pressure, and diet, activities, emotions, the frequency of self-monitoring of blood pressure, etc. Results The follow-up rate of the experimental group 6 months after delivery was higher than the control group, which had statistically significance（P〈0.01）. The items in the two groups such as age, culture level, economic income, nature of work, smoking, drinking history, family history of high blood pressure difference had no statistical significance. The follow-up influence factors included diet,mood,movement,the frequency of the daily monitoring of blood pressure（P〈0.05）. Conclusions The health management could improve the follow-up rate of maternity and the attention on the diseases, so as to improve their quality of life.
