基于行业标准的高职应用型人才培养创新研究——以民航通信技术专业为例

Research on talent cultivation of vocational education based on industry standard——Taking civil aviation communication speciality as a case

以民航通信技术专业的人才培养创新为例,介绍了高职应用型人才培养思路,根据行业标准对人才培养的要求,进行人才培养模式和课程体系等创新,通过在专业建设中的应用与实践,证明人才培养创新的可行性,为建设新型职业教育体系提供参考。

Taking the talents cultivation of civil aviation communication specialty as a case, this paper in- troduces the training ways of talents in vocational colleges. According to the requirements of industry standard, we should innovate and develop talent cultivation mode and prove the feasibility of the innovation and thereby provides a reference for the construction of new vocational education.
