免学费条件下中等职业教育生均投入经费比较研究——基于江苏2008—2014年的面板数据分析

The comparative research on funding investment of per-student at secondary vocational education under tuition-free conditions——Based on panel data analysis of Jiangsu 2008-2014

文章充分利用《全国教育经费执行情况统计公告》和《全省地方教育经费执行情况统计公告》的相关资料,截取2008—2014年七年中的相关数据,对江苏省中等职业教育在免学费政策实施前后生均投入经费情况进行对比和分析,指出了免学费条件下该省中等职业教育生均投入经费存在的主要问题,并提出了完善生均经费保障机制的对策,以期为中等职业教育经费保障机制研究提供有益参考。

In this paper, we＇ve taken advantage of the relevant information of ＂the implementation of the National Education Finance Statistical Bulletin＂ and ＂the implementation of the province＇s local education funds statistics bulletin＂. By comparing and analyzing the data of per-student financial investment cases before and after the secondary vocational education tuition-free policy was implemented in Jiangsu Province for seven years from 2008-2014, this paper points out the main problems of the financial investment and proposes countermeasures to ensure the per-student funding mechanism in order to provide a useful refer- ence to the funds research on security mechanism Of the secondary vocational education.
