摘要
文章基于实证调研数据,从计划行为理论的角度,运用因子分析和结构方程模型系统探究了研究生对网络学习的行为态度、主观规范、知觉行为控制和行为意愿。研究表明,TPB理论能够很好地解释研究生网络学习行为意愿,研究生在网络学习时起决定作用的因素按影响力大小排序依次为主观规范、行为态度和知觉行为控制,其标准化路径系数分别为0.549、0.402和0.370,行为态度、主观规范和知觉行为控制与行为意愿都呈显著性正相关。同时,分析结果还显示,研究生对网络学习的行为态度、主观规范和知觉行为控制三者之间相互传导影响,具有显著相关性。
Based on the empirical survey data, from the perspective of the theory of planned behavior, this paper explores college students' attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control and behavior in- tention towards E-learning by using" factor analysis and structure equation model. Research shows that, TPB can well explain college students' behavior intention towards E-learning, they rank subjective norm, attitude and perceived behavioral control in the aspects of factors determining colIege students' E-learning, and the standardized path coefficients are 0. 549, 0. 402 and 0. 370, the attitude, subjective norm, per- ceived behavioral control all have significant positive correlation with behavior intention. Meanwhile, anal- ysis also shows that college students' attitude, subjective norm, and perceived behavioral control has sig- nificant correlation and influences with each other.
