改良烤瓷备牙法的临床应用效果

An improved preparation method for porcelain teeth

目的:探讨改良烤瓷备牙方法的临床效果。方法:选取2012至2013年就诊的80例患者,均需制作下颌磨牙烤瓷熔附金属全冠,依据制作方法的不同分成观察组和对照组各40例,观察组采用改良新法,对照组采用传统咬蜡法,对比两组总合格率。结果:观察组总合格率优于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:改良法在烤瓷牙冠就位、使用效果及美观等方面较传统制作方法具有优势,值得推荐。

Objective： To explore the clinical effect of improved preparation method for porcelain teeth. Methods： From 2012 to 2013,80 outpatients treated in department of oral medicine who needed to change for mandibular molar porcelain fused with metal full crown were selected and divided into observation group and control group based on the different preparation method,40 cases in each group. The observation group was given the improved method,while the control group adopted traditional bit wax method,the total qualified rate of the two groups compared. Results：The total qualified rate of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（ P ﹤ 0. 05）. Conclusion： The improved method is of more advantages than the traditional production method in fixing porcelain teeth crown in place,applying effect and aesthetics,which was worthy of recommendation.
