无痛病房规范化护理对癌痛患者疼痛控制的效果

Pain control effects of painless ward standardized nursing on cancer patients

目的:分析无痛病房规范化护理对癌痛患者疼痛控制的影响。方法:选取2013年7月至2015年8月间肿瘤科收治晚期肿瘤患者126例,将2013年7月至2014年8月间63例患者设为对照组,给予常规疼痛护理;2014年9月至2015年8月间收治63例患者设为观察组,给予无痛病房规范化护理,比较两组患者间疼痛缓解情况和满意度差异。结果:观察组患者癌痛缓解率和护理满意程度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:实施无痛病房规范化护理有助于缓解肿瘤患者疼痛,提高护理满意度,进而改善患者生存质量,值得临床推广。

Objective： To analyze the pain control effects of painless ward standardized nursing on cancer patients. Methods： 126 cases of patients with advanced cancer received from July 2013 to August 2015 in the department of oncology were recruited,in which 63 patients from July2013 to August 2014,given regular pain nursing,were selected as control group and 63 patients from September 2014 to August 2015 were selected as observation group with painless ward standardized nursing. Pain remission rate and satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups.Results： The pain remission rate and nursing satisfaction degree in observation group were significantly better than those in control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Painless ward standardized nursing helps to alleviate the cancer pain,improve the nursing satisfaction and enhance the survival quality,thus it is worth clinical promotion.
