摘要
基于某款插电增程式公交车整车动力性能需求以及空间尺寸的限制,提出一种电池系统设计方案。从电池系统电连接和机械结构布置设计两方面考虑。单体电池间采用焊接连接,电池模块间采用软连接结构。采用高压在低、低压在高的平行布线方式。基于安全性,对电池管理系统、高压互锁、箱体的密封、振动以及冷却系统等进行了设计。该电池系统满足整车的各种功能和性能的指标要求。针对插电增程式公交车的电池系统设计需要综合机械、电气及电芯等方面总体考虑。
A scheme of battery system design is proposed based on the requirements of vehicle dynamic performance and limitation for the loading space. The design of battery system is considered from the electrical connection and the structural design of the battery pack. A connection between each battery cell is welded, and the flexible connection is adopted between the different battery modules. The high-voltage wire is place in the low position, the low-voltage wire is place in the high position, and the wiring scheme is parallel. Designing BMS (Battery Management System), HVIL (High Voltage Interlock), the sealing of battery case, vibration and cooling system based on the consideration of security is described in this paper. The battery system meets the requirements of vehicle performance. Mechanics, electronics and battery cell must be considered focused on the design of plug-in RE (Range Extended) city bus battery system.
