本溪满族自治县村屯体育设施发展研究

A development research on the rural sports facilities in Benxi Manchu autonomous county

运用文献资料法、访谈法等,对本溪满族自治县(以下简称"本溪县")村屯体育设施的发展情况进行分析,结果显示:本溪县公共体育设施总体建设水平超过全国平均水平;教育系统掌握各类体育设施优势资源;现有体育设施开放率低、人均可利用场地严重匮乏。并提出应加强体育设施建设投入力度;促进现有体育设施免费、低收费开放;健全体育设施相关法规制度;加大宣传等措施,旨在为本溪县建设健全体育公共服务体系提供参考。

By using the methods of literature consultation, interviews, this paper analyzes the situation of the development of rural sports facilities in Benxi Manchu autonomous county, The results showed that Benxi＇ s public sports facilities in the overall construction level more than the national average; Education system master all kinds of sports facilities resources; The existing sports facilities opening rate is low, per capita available venues are scarce. This article puts forward some measures which is strengthening the investment in sports facilities, promoting the existing sports facilities opened free or low-charge, improving relevant laws and regulations in the sports facilities, increasing the propaganda, strengthening the residents＇ fitness consciousness, in order to provide the reference for the development of sports public service system in Benxi county.
