我国高校培养高水平运动员的困境与路径研究

A research on predicament and path selection of high level athletes' cultivate in China universities and colleges

采用文献资料法,分析了我国高校高水平运动员的培养状况,结果表明:我国高校培养高水平运动员存在着生源质量较差,文化与体育之间的冲突,缺乏经费保障,思想意识的禁锢,教练员整体素质偏低等问题。建议拓宽运动员培养资金来源渠道;扩大高水平运动员招生自主权;构建多级学校联赛体制;建立灵活多样的学训体系;转变对体育传统的思想观念。

By using the methods of documents, this article analyses the condition of training high level athletes cultured by chinese college, the results showed that the training high level athlete in colleges and universities have several problems of poor students＇ quality, the conflict between culture and sports, scanty funds, restrained ideology and overall quality of coaches. This article also puts forwards some advices which are widening the channel of the athletes training funding sources, expanding the high level athlete enrolment autonomy, building a multi-level school league system, establishing a flexible learning system, transforming traditional sports ideology.
