摘要
简述影响离子膜法烧碱电解生产的因素,从盐水质量、阴极液中Na OH的浓度、阳极液中Na Cl浓度、盐水中加盐酸、盐水与纯水的供给5个方面,分析离子膜法烧碱电解生产所需的适宜工艺条件。
Influence factors of electrolysis production of ion-exchange membrane caustic soda were outlined. The appropriate technological conditions for the production were analyzed from five aspects including brine quality, NaOH concentration in cathode liquor, NaC1 concentration in anode liquor,adding hydrochloric acid to brine, feed of brine and pure water.
