摘要 介绍废氯气吸收系统的生产工艺原理。针对实际生产中存在的问题和隐患——循环槽顶部平衡管对空,废氯气吸收气相总管分支管线被腐蚀,废氯气吸收气相总管中冷凝氯水,废氯气吸收系统负压水封高等,提出优化改造措施:将一级碱液循环槽一键切罐,钛风机远程启动,增加游离碱在线分析仪。改造后,降低了人员的劳动强度,有效保证了装置的安全稳定运行。 The production technology principle of waste chlorine absorption system was introduced. The system had the following problems and hazards in practical production: the balance tube at the top of absorption, and the height of negative pressure water seal for waste chlorine absorption system was large.
