樱桃谷鸭免疫重组禽流感病毒H5亚型三价灭活疫苗(H5N1,Re-6株+Re-7株+Re-8株)的临床效果 被引量:1

摘要 为分析免疫质量,及时掌握流行病学动态和免疫效果,对商品樱桃谷鸭接种重组禽流感病毒H5亚型三价灭活疫苗(H5N1,Re-6株+Re-7株+Re-8株),并对该重组疫苗抗体的血清学进行连续性监测,结果表明,7日龄雏鸭禽流感母源抗体值在4 log2以上,7日龄免疫后,28日龄抗体效价达到5log2左右,35日龄Re-6株、Re-7株、Re-8株的抗体值达到高峰,高峰值一直保持到42日龄。 In order to analyze the immune quality and master the epidemiological dynamics and immune effect, the Cherry Valley ducks were vaccinated with the recombinant avian influenza virus H5 subtype trivalent inactivated vaccine ( H5N1, Re-6+ Re-7+Re-8) and their serum antibodies were continuous monitored. The results showed that avian influenza maternal antibodies were above 41og2 in 7 days old duckings and were up to 51og2 in 28 days old duckings. At last the maternal antibodies peak appeared at 35 days old and remained at 42 days old.
