芪苈强心胶囊联合美托洛尔对慢性心力衰竭患者的疗效及血浆脑钠肽和高敏肌钙蛋白T的影响

Qili Cardiotonic Capsule Combined with Metoprolol on Curative Efficacy and Influence of Plasma BNP and High Sensitivity Troponin T Levels in Patients with Chronic Heart Failure

目的研究芪苈强心胶囊联合美托洛尔对慢性心力衰竭患者的疗效及血浆脑钠肽(BNP)及高敏肌钙蛋白T(Hs-c Tn T)的影响。方法选择2014年5月—2015年5月大连市第三人民医院接诊的60例慢性心力衰竭患者作为研究对象。随机分为观察组和对照组各30例。对照组在常规治疗基础上使用美托洛尔,观察组在对照组治疗基础上联合使用芪苈强心胶囊。比较分析两组临床疗效,治疗前后BNP、Hs-c Tn T及血压、心率,观察并记不良反应及发生率。结果观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后均较治疗前BNP、Hs-c Tn T水平降低、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)下降、心率(HR)减慢(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组上述指标均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论芪苈强心胶囊联合美托洛尔能显著提高疗效,降低血浆BNP及Hs-c Tn T水平,且不增加不良反应发生率。

Objective To study curative efficacy and influence of plasma brain natriuretic peptide（BNP） and high sensitivity troponin T（Hs-c Tn T） levels of Qili Cardiotonic Capsule combined with Metoprolol in patients with chronic heart failure.Methods A total of 60 patients with chronic heart failure during May 2014 and May 2015 Dalian were randomly divided into observation group（n = 30） and control group（n = 30）.Control group received Metoprolol on the basis of conventional therapy,while observation group was combined with Qili Cardiotonic Capsule on the basis of treatment for control group.Clinical efficacy,values of BNP,Hs-c Tn T,blood pressure and heart rate（HR） before and after treatment were compared and analyzed,and incidence rates of adverse reactions were observed and recorded in two groups.Results Total effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group（P〈0.05）.After treatment,BNP,Hs-c Tn T levels,systolic blood pressure（SBP） and diastolic blood pressure（DBP） values were decreased compared with those before treatment（P〈0.05）; the above values in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group（P〈0.05）; there was no significant difference in incidence rate of adverse reactions in two groups（P〉0.05）.Conclusion Qili Cardiotonic Capsule combined with Metoprolol can significantly improve curative efficacy and reduce plasma BNP and Hs-c Tn T levels,and it does not increase incidence rate of adverse reactions.
