全球范围内日益严重的老龄化问题成为社会瞩目的焦点。我国是世界上老年人口最多的国家。老龄化的不断深化带来了医疗卫生服务需求长期化与多样化发展,长期照护需求急剧迸发并呈现社会化趋势的挑战。以世界卫生组织(WHO)2015年更新的"健康老龄化"作为全新视角与战略指导,建设医养整合性体系成为了成功应对老龄化的关键之举。优化我国现有医疗卫生体系与长期照护体系,构建医养整合体系成为了必经之路。

Population aging is rapidly accelerating and has attracted enough attention worldwide. China has the largest elderly population in the world. Aging is continuing to deepen,leading to the permanent and diversified demand for health care services,and sharply bursting demand for long-term care with a trend of socialization. The international conception of Healthy Aging was updated by WHO in 2015. Based on the concept,a system integrating health care and long-term care is the key to healthy aging. It is essential to optimize the current health care system and long-term care system,and to transform them to a system integrating health care and long-term care.
