摘要
目的 :探索家庭医生满意度的客观构成,并分析不同满意度结构因子背后的影响因素。方法 :运用探索性因子分析了解满意度结构因子构成,在此基础上采用多元线性回归分析各满意度因子影响因素。结果 :满意度可解构为工作环境、绩效激励、协同支持因子,与职业认知、团队模式、工作能力与压力等因素密切相关。结论 :不同满意度因子的主导影响因素存在差异,应有导向性地逐步提升家庭医生的满意度。
Objective :To explore family doctors' satisfaction structure components,and to analyze the influencing factors of different components. Methods :The satisfaction components were decomposed by factor analysis. The influencing factors were identified by a multiple linear regression method. Results :Satisfaction could be decomposed into working environment factor,performance incentive factor,and cooperation-supporting factor,which were affected by occupational cognition,team pattern,working ability and pressure. Conclusion :The predominant influencing factors of each satisfaction component are different. Oriented policies are needed to improve family doctors' satisfaction gradually.
