On the Challenges Facing the Development of Vocational Education and Their Countermeasures in the New Normal

新常态对职业教育发展提出了新挑战。应从理念、办学机制、人才培养模式、发展方式等方面创新,以促进职业教育发展。具体做到:树立现代职业教育治理理念,建立灵活的办学机制,构建以创新性应用型人才为主要内容的人才培养体系,坚持走以质量为核心的可持续发展道路。

The new normal has presented new challenges to vocational educational development. This paper suggests that innovations should be made from the school-running concept and mechanism, the talent-training mode and development mode so as to promote the development of vocational education. Meanwhile, it comes up with some countermeasures, including establishing the modern management concept of vocational education, building the flexible school-running mechanism, constructing the personnel cultivation system with focus on innovative applied talents, and adhering to the quality-centered sustainable development road.
