“One Body Two Wings”: Innovation Research on the Training Mode of Applied Talents

应用型人才培养是高等教育大众化的必由之路,随着社会需求与高校人才培养的信息不对称,高校毕业生结构性失业日益凸显,"毕业即失业"的社会现象日益严峻。为了满足社会需求,一大批普通本科高校开始向应用技术型大学转型,探索应用型人才培养模式,培养具有本校特色的应用型人才。武汉东湖学院作为湖北省首批应用技术型大学试点,走出了"一体两翼"的应用型人才培养之路,为创新应用型人才培养模式提供了一定借鉴。

Training applied talents is the only way to achieve popularization of higher education. As the information asymmetry ap- pears between social demands and talents training in colleges and universities, the structure unemployment of graduates is growing, and the phenomenon of ＂graduation is unemployment＂ is increasingly serious. To meet the needs of social demands, many ordinary universities transform to applied technology universities, and explore the mode of training applied talents who have their own school features. Wuhan Donghu University, as the first pilot of applied technology universities in Hubei Province has tracked out the way of training applied talents called ＂one body two wings＂, which provides reference to the innovation of the mode of training applied talents.
