摘要
贵州职业院校培养的旅游工艺品设计专业人才有两个短板:设计创新能力不足、设计的产品不能凸显贵州旅游地的民族文化内涵。专业人才培养滞后于该省旅游商品产业的发展需求,亟需进行人才培养模式改革。要深化校政企合作,以市场需求为导向,以职业能力培养为主线、以项目实践为载体,实行一体化教学,提高学生的民族文化素养,强化市场认知能力和设计创新能力,培养出既能创新性地保护和传承贵州旅游地的民族文化精髓,又能为旅游商品市场提供产品化服务的高素质技能型人才,促进旅游经济的发展。
There are two short boards in the training of tourist craft design talents in Guizhou vocational colleges: lack of design in- novation ability, and the designed products cannot highlight the national cultural connotation of Guizhou tourist destinations. Profes- sional talents training lags behind the development needs of tourism commodity industry in the province. The reform of talents train- ing mode is urgently needed. The cooperation among school, government and enterprises should be deepened, taking the market de- mand as the guidance, the professional ability training as the main line, the project practice as the carder, integrated teaching is im- plemented to improve students" national cultural quality, strengthen market cognitive ability and design innovation ability, to culti- vate highly qualified and skilled talents who not only can protect and inherit the essence of national culture of Guizhou tourist desti- nation, but also can provide the product service for the tourist commodity market and promote the development of tourism economy.
