SYB创业培训在高职院校中的实证研究——以菏泽市三所高职院校为样本调查

The Empirical Study of SYB Entrepreneurship Training in Higher Vocational Colleges——By Taking Three Vocational Colleges in Heze as Survey Samples

以菏泽市三所高职院校普通学生和SYB创业培训学员为研究对象,通过问卷调查和访谈的方式对高职院校开展SYB创业培训的可行性进行分析研究。结果显示,高职院校SYB创业培训的效果初现,但在培训力度、企业参与度、评价体系等方面存在不足。进而,从SYB创业培训的教育体系、教学方法、配套措施和评价体系等四个方面,提出了可操作性的改进对策与建议。

With the research subject of students in three higher vocational colleges in Heze and those taking SYB training, the feasi- bility of carrying out SYB entrepreneurship training in higher vocational colleges has been analyzed and studied through question- nalre survey and interviews. The result shows that the effect of SYB training in higher vocational colleges has emerged, while some shortcomings exist in training force, enterprise participation and evaluation system. Therefore, workable improving countermeasure and suggestions have been put forward in terms of education system, teaching methods, supporting measures and evaluation system.
