教育是一项系统工程,教育本身需要更好的制度来进行支撑和保障。随着当前大专校园现代化教学管理体系改革的深入进行,如何构建卓有成效的当代大专院校现代化教学管理体系,成为摆在相关行政人员面前的重大问题。本文就改革和调整当前大专院校现代化管理体系过程中出现的几个问题入手,在辨析概念的基础上针对相关问题提出了创造性的意见和建议,旨在通过有益的学术探讨,推动整个行业的发展。

Education is a systematic project,and a better policy is needed to scaffold and ensure it.When the deepening reform is being carried out,how to construct an effective modernized teaching management system in junior colleges has become a major problem for the relevant staff.This paper starts from discussing several issues occurred during the process of reforming and adjusting the existing teaching management system in junior colleges,then creative comments and suggestions are raised on the related issues based on the analysis of the concepts.It aims to benefit academic research and promote the development of the whole industry.
