加强和完善高校大学生就业指导工作的研究

我国高等教育已步入大众化阶段,大学生就业难已成为各高校乃至社会极其关注的问题。加强高校大学生就业指导工作,是提升大学生就业力的可行路径,通过对高校大学生就业指导的现状分析,剖析就业指导过程中存在的问题,为高校提出相应解决对策:把握就业指导本质内涵和理念、开发就业指导的系统设计、完善就业指导载体。

China＇s higher education has entered the stage of popularlzation,the employment of university students has become a problem ot great concern to the University and the society.Strengthening employment guidance of college students,is to promote college students＇employment ability of the feasible path by the status of College Students＇employment guidance analysis,analysis of the problems existing in the course of employment guidance,and propose the corresponding solution countermeasures：to grasp the employment guidance essence and philosophy,development and employment guidanee system design,perfect carrier of employment guidance for college.
